Q: When will I get my order?
A: Orders are shipped within 3 days via Priority Mail or UPS. If we’re out of a shirt or size, or getting ready to reprint that design, we will contact you to explain the delay.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: US ORDERS
We are in the far west Chicago suburbs, so if you are on the east coast you'll get your order in about 1-3 days via UPS. If you're on the west coast, it will take about 2-4 days via UPS. For Postal shipping it will take about 4-5 days.
Your international order will normally take about 7-10 days to arrive depending on your distance from the US; however, in some cases your package can take up to 20 days.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: We charge your account as soon as your order is placed.
Q: OOPS! I ordered the wrong shirt! How can I get the right one?
A: Contact us via phone or email and explain the situation. We will have you send us back the incorrect shirt with a check for shipping or we will discuss shipping.
