-- Please contact us if you have a defective item, as long as we have inventory of item, we will try to replace it.

Shipping Info:

SHIPPING NOTICE: We are currently experiencing shipping delays of up to 2 weeks due to a massive influx of orders for our Retirement Sale.  We are dispatching orders as fast as we can! 

Orders will normally be shipped via Priority Mail. FedEx or UPS within 3 business days after the order is placed. If we’re out of stock, but about to print more of an item, we’ll contact you to explain the delay.


We are near Chicago, so if you're on the east coast you'll typically get your order in 2-3 business days after we ship.
If you're on the west coast, it will take about 4-5 business days after we ship.

With UPS you DO NOT count the day that it shipped as one of the shipping days (ie: order ships on Monday to CA, you should have it by Friday)

If you want to have your order by a particular date it is best to order well before that date to ensure you will receive it by that date, and make a note of this date in the order notes.


Note: Delivery dates on Ground shipments are not guaranteed, especially near the holidays.


Your international order should take about 6-10 days from the date it shipped to arrive depending on your distance from the US; however, in some cases your package can take up to 20 days.  Be aware that Covid 19 has had a major impact on international shipments.
